PAYMENT METHODS
We currently accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover. All Credit Cards are securely processed using Authorize.net. Your credit card statement will reflect a charge from: TCSD LLC.

Please note that Maryland State orders will be charged sales tax.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are processed starting the next business day. Please take this into consideration when calculating your delivery dates.

ORDER STATUS
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. All orders placed or awaiting payment would be listed. Any updates, notices, and tracking information regarding your order will be posted in this section. If there is any change in the status of your order you would be immediately notified by email.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact customer service within 1 hour of placing your order. Once your order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
