You may return an item in its ORIGINAL CONDITION & PACKAGING (UN-USED) for a credit within 30 days of the purchase date.
Due to the delicate & intimate nature of the LINGERIE we sell, all sales are final.
All sales are final on sale, clearance and made to custom items.
Please note that shipping is not refundable. Shipping & Handling charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error or the item is defective and exchange is not possible.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE THEY ARE ACCEPTED. You must call (443) 485-5191, for an RA# and instructions. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Once your return has been recieved, it will take 2-4 weeks to process.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping charge and it is non-refundable. We strongly encourage you to send your returns using certified, insured, or return receipt services as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
If an item is defective we will first attempt to replace the defective or damaged item. If your item should get damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately at sales@bbwclubwear.com. Please do not wear or use the merchandise. The original carton and packaging must be kept for inspection by the shipping company.
